APV Contracting provides a heavy haulage, plant and equipment floating and wet hire service within South West Queensland.

We are regional and remote specialist providing services to civil contractors, landowners, and project contractors wanting to cover a particular need or requiring additional resources for a project.

Plant operators are experienced and licensed professionals familiar with project operations and requirements, allowing them to fit into any team seamlessly.

All plant is fitted with attachments and safety equipment suited to general civil project specifications, making them suitable for all regional project activity.

The plant we supply is late model and well maintained as we use the same plant in our own civil and earthmoving projects in South West Queensland. We also have access to other plant and equipment from local sources, so we can beef up your capacity quickly.

Heavy Haulage

We can haul material anywhere you want in Australia, but we specialise in heavy haulage within the South Western Queensland region. We are specifically a remote specialist, providing highly experienced operators and plant suited to the harsh Australian outback conditions including the Cooper Basin and Eromanga Basin.

We can support your civil or earthmoving projects with large capacity water trucks or side tipper road trains, all late model vehicles and well maintained.

On special arrangement we can also assist in sourcing materials from local stockpiles (some have restricted access) to save on extensive travel common in the remote areas of the Cooper and Eromamga Basins.

We also have flat tops and tri axle drop decks available to hire for general assigned freight or to assist in mobilisation or demobilisation of a project.

Plant and Equipment Floating

We have a number of options to accommodate floating large plant and equipment. We specialise in remote work in the Cooper Basin but can float anywhere in Australia as required.

Our quad axle float can accommodate up to a D7 dozer or 30 tonne excavator, we can also provide a road train combination.

We can assist in floating plant and equipment to regional or remote locations,to mine sites or assist in project mobilisation or demobilisation where additional resource is needed or remote experience is required.

Our drivers are all highly experienced and the vehicles are late model and well maintained.

Wet Plant Hire

As a regional civil contractor we are well equipped with plant and equipment and vehicles to move them around.

These are available for wet hire to contractors involved in projects within the south west Queensland region.

All plant and equipment are well maintained and are late models equipped with all attachments and safety equipment for project work.

Operators are highly experienced in road and earthworks projects, familiar with regional council, oil and gas and TMR requirements.
